We aim to ship your order within three business days after your payment has cleared. All packages ship from Belgium, using Bpost services. Estimated delivery time after shipping ranges from two to ten business days, depending on your location.During check-out you will have several shipping methods available depending on the total weight and destination of your order. We offer economy, registered and priority airmail for international orders.
- Local pick up is available upon request only. Inquire before placing your order. This is only possible when you know for certain we're going to meet at an event. Never use this option if your order requires actual shipment.
- Bpost is the standard carrier for all Belgian residents. Small, single item orders will be sent through letter mail. Any order including at least one 12" vinyl will be sent using tracked parcel mail.- Economy airmail does not include tracking or any proof of delivery. It is usually the cheapest option for light packages (up to two kilograms). Small, single item orders can be sent using letter mail. It is generally safe to use this option if your local postal system is reliable and trustworthy. By choosing this option you agree to order at your own risk, meaning you cannot get a refund for damaged or lost packages.- Registered airmail includes a registration code with minimal tracking and requires a signature upon delivery. This option is only available for light packages (up to two kilograms).- Priority airmail always includes detailed tracking of your package.Shipping costs include taxes when applicable. We do not charge extra for packaging materials. All orders are packed with special care and attention, using appropriate materials to minimize risk on damages during transit. To prevent seam splits we remove all vinyl records from their sleeves.
