These terms & conditions apply to every use of our website, every offer and every agreement between us and the customer. By visiting our website, the customer confirms to have read and accepted the terms & conditions. Only these terms & conditons apply, which means an exclusion of the customer's own terms & conditions.
We retain the right to change and revise these terms & conditions at any given time and without notice.
While we strive to keep the website accessible and functioning properly as much as possible, we cannot guarantee this to be the case at all times. We cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from accessing or the use of our website.
The products listed on our website are new, unused and available for dispatch immediately. If this isn't the case, it will be indicated clearly on the product page. Product pictures are provided for illustrative purposes only, slight variations between the pictures and the actual product can occur.
Prices listed on our website include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added during check-out. Non-EU customers don't have to pay VAT and should see the prices without tax (note that the product page still mentions "Tax included"). The amount of taxes to be paid will be listed in the shopping cart, for non-EU customers it will read "Included taxes: €0.00". There might be customs fees, import duties or additional taxes for customers outside of the EU. The customer is always responsible for paying any additional fees or taxes related to their order.
By ordering from our website, the customer explicitly agrees to the terms & conditions as found on this page. The customer must be of legal age to conduct business with us and guarantee that we aren't violating any local regulations in doing so. We retain the right to cancel or refuse the customer's order at any given time and without any given reason.
We accept various payment methods, depending on the customer's location. At this time bank transfer and PayPal are available. All payments should happen in euro (€). The customer is responsible for paying any transaction cost or currency exchange fees. All ordered products remain our property until we've received the payment in full. We expect all orders to be paid within 5 business days.
Products are shipped using the services of bpost. Depending on the customer's shipping address there will be various options to choose from during check-out. When chosing unregisterd shipping the customer agrees to order at own risk. In that case we will not issue a refund for lost or stolen packages. In accordance with EU legislation the customer has the right to cancel their order and return the products within 14 days, starting from the day the order was delivered. In order to exercise this right the customer has to contact us through e-mail (info@greaterglorymedia.com) for further instructions. All items need to be unused, unplayed and, if applicable, still sealed upon return to us. Shipping costs for the return are at the customer's own expense. A refund will be issued by us within 14 days after receiving the returned products.
To process the customer's order we need to collect some personal information. We only collect information that is absolutely necessary to complete the order. We respect and take the customer's privacy very seriously. We won't sell or share this information with any third parties. Refer to the "Privacy" page on our website for more information.
